Documentary
I start each of my sculpture units with a documentary. The transition from 2D to 3D can be very challenging for students and I think seeing another artist work in 3D helps get them started. 7th Grade watches "Rivers and Tides" featuring Andy Goldsworthy.
Plan
Students select from pre-collected images. The theme for 7th Grade is natural objects.
